ANSYS Motion is a third generation engineering solution based on an advanced general-purpose dynamics solver. It enables rapid and accurate analysis of rigid and flexible bodies and provides accurate assessment of physical events through the analysis of the entire mechanical system. ANSYS Motion uses four tightly integrated solution schemes: rigid body, flexible body, modal, and meshless EasyFlex. This gives you great ability to analyze systems and mechanisms in any combination you want. Large assemblies with many millions of degrees of freedom can be studied with the associated flexibility and contact effects. Standard connections and joints then allow these systems to be interconnected and loaded.
